At Curated Pibu, we’re committed to delivering your favourite Korean beauty products quickly, securely, and affordably throughout Australia. Below you'll find detailed information about our order processing, delivery timeframes, pre-orders, and more.

Order Processing Times

All in-stock orders are processed within one to two business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. During peak periods such as storewide promotions or holidays, order processing may take up to three business days.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer reliable, contactless delivery across Australia. Orders over $80 AUD qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $80 AUD, a flat rate shipping fee of $11.99 AUD applies. Orders over $150 AUD qualify for free express shipping.

International Shipping

At this time, Curated Pibu offers shipping within Australia only. We're working on expanding our service to international customers in the future — stay tuned! 💛

Delivery Estimates

For metro areas, estimated delivery is between 3 to 7 business days. For regional and rural locations, delivery may take up to fourteen business days. We work with trusted partners including Australia Post and other courier services depending on your delivery address and order size. All deliveries include tracking, and contactless delivery is provided where possible.

Pre-Orders

We offer pre-order options for popular or sold out store items. Estimated arrival times for pre-order products will be listed on their respective product pages. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped once all items are available. If you would like your in-stock items shipped first, please contact us to arrange a separate shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, we recommend checking your tracking link for updates. If the delivery period has passed—up to fourteen business days for domestic orders—please contact us with your order number and tracking information. Our team will follow up with the courier and assist you further.

Important Notes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as weather events, courier disruptions, or holidays. At this time, we do not offer express or overnight shipping. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the items or shipping address.
